TASTING : 

Beautiful, bright color, with green and golden hues. Intense, complex nose of exotic fruit intertwined with white flowers and rosemary. Fresh on the palate, with attractive fruit and good length. Don't hesitate, the pleasure is in the Euphoria!

BOARD 

A pleasurable wine for aperitifs, charcuterie, cold and hot fish, and cheeses such as ewe's milk, Emmental, Comté and Pyrenean cheeses. Serve between 10° and 12°c.

40% Gros Manseng, 40% Colombard, 10% Chardonnay, 10% Sauvignon

VINIFICATION : 

Each grape variety is harvested when ripe, then skin-macerated and stored on lees at 4° C. 

Ten days or so to obtain a rich mouthfeel and lower the acidity of our white wines.

Single-varietal vinification in temperature-controlled vats with

16° in vinification.
