TASTING : 

Pleasure color for this rosé. The wine has a light blackberry taste, sometimes spicier with a touch of black pepper.

BOARD 

Serve between 10°C and 12°C max.
This wine is the perfect accompaniment to grilled meats, aperitifs and parties.
It will keep for 12 to 24 months max.

VINIFICATION : 

Harvested in autumn, these very airy grapes with dark, olive-shaped skins are pressed as soon as they arrive in the press to obtain the best aromatic potential. Fermentation is regulated at a temperature of 16° to respect the wine's distinctive taste.
