VINIFICATION : 

Harvested from the beginning of September for the Merlot to the end of October for the Cabernet Sauvignon, the grapes are crushed and put into vats for a fairly rapid fermentation to obtain a pleasant wine full of red fruit. A deep color and round but present tannins are guarantees of the quality of this wine. 

BOARD

Serve between 16°C and 18°C max.
This wine is the perfect accompaniment to cold cuts, white meats, beef and cheese platters ...... It will keep for 24 to 36 months max.
