TASTING :

Elegant varietal notes of honey and dried apricot are combined with the strength of vanilla and the toastiness of the barrel. The palate is full-bodied, both powerful and elegant, rich in aromas, with an intense nose.

TIPS :

Serve between 8° and 10°C.
Outstanding with foie gras, it is also a delight with Roquefort puff pastry.

VINIFICATION :
