TASTING :
A light green hue; a powerful nose. Blackcurrant buds dominate, with hints of grapefruit, white flowers and violets.
Fresh, elegant, nicely perfumed palate with great volume and length.
Serve between 6°C and 8°C max.
This wine goes perfectly with seafood, hot fish ...... It will keep for 18 to 24 months max.

VINIFICATION :
The grapes are harvested from the end of the night to sunrise, then undergo low-temperature pellicular maceration to exploit their aromatic potential to the full.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 12 to 16° for about 2 weeks.
Aged on fine lees for 3 months in closed tanks.
